These boys will host a morning show called “Nyrostat” every single morning this summer, on Radio X3M starting in the beginning of July.

And hey, they needed some promotional shots for the show, so the Tage was called in, I sound like a movie trailer don’t I? –  Well, a funny shoot resulted in these frames, have a go at the boys!

// Tage – Nyrostad?

It is not that often that one man gets to do two different promotional shoots on the same day. This post holds two quick snaps from both of these shoots, I am later to return with a full batch for ya’ll, but for now you’ll have to settle with one snap from each shoot. Or as the great Zach de la Rocha once put it, inverted and twisted ofcourse. We’ll settle for nothing now, and we’ll settle for more Tage later. You follow? Hectic and awesome.

So, the first couple of fellas I portrayed this Tuesday was Anders Helenius and Samppe Karlsson. Promotional shots for an upcoming radio show.

The second pair of lads in front of my lens this day was the great artists Jerry Lindqvist and Paul Oxley, we headed out to the dark forests of Noux to snap these frames – lovely. A bunch of promotional shots for an upcoming single these guys put together – definitely something to wait for, I got to listen to this track today and their co-operation sounds really good. Keep a lookout.

Yes. About a week ago I attended the Helsinki comedy festival as a fellow photographer for a fine evening with some nice stand-up comedy artists.. One of the jokers was Anders Helenius, straight outta Pargas, with his very likeable show. That dude was funny alright! The things you see in this insert is a selection of pics I collected during his 20 minutes of showdom! So, be sure to enjoy!

This was a lovely evening with fantastic acts by not only Helenius, I also shot, saw and heard some fantabulous performance’s from Lasse Nilsen, André Wickström and Jack Björklund. Expect pics of these guys later on as I put a final touch on those frames!

// Tage – The comedy frame

The thing I’m here to mention this fabulous night is that I will be showing my lens to several stand-up comedians again, during the Helsinki Comedy Festival 2010 which starts in a week or so.. Yes. This is great news. I love to shoot stand-up. And now I get to do it for a whole night again! This time I’ll be at Bio Rex in Helsinki framing some cool pixels for André Wickström, Anders Helenius, Lasse Nilsen and Jack Björklund..

This is all going down during the “på svenska” part of the 5-day comedy festival held entirely in Helsinki at several different venues. Gonna be awesome! You should check out the event, yes..? Clicker..

// Tage – Ha-Ha

Only just yesterday I was hired to do a small promo shoot with the hilarious stand up comedian Anders Helenius. He is building himself a new website and I got to take the shots, it’s gonna be a cool page, that’s a promise, the superb code-hacker-designer P.Granfors is designing his page, and he’s just awesome!

We did the shoot in Katajanokka, Helsinki and it took about 3-4 hours, and hopefully the shots will look like 3-4 hours also, but at least I think it went great! And that’s alway good right?  I’ll upload the best shot from that series here  as soon as they are done! And by done I mean edited, if your stupid.  So, stay tuned, and we’ll meet again!
