Some weeks ago the good people at Eva Lingon Ltd. were asked to create a new music video for Sturm und Drang to an upcoming new single. This was to be a smooth collaboration between Eva Lingon Ltd., West Bay Entertainment and Pampas Production. We gladly accepted the task.

And so last week we shot the video in Jakobstad with a hip crew and around 60 dancing extras from various parts of Finland – the band has got some really cool fans alright. We got the shots we came for and the editing process is very much at large as we speak.

The video was directed by Tage Rönnqvist, shot by Rasmus Tåg, Gaffered by Klosse Wistbacka and produced by Jan-Olof Svarvar. More tech-specs and info coming later on..

Last weekend we shot the “Santa Cruz – Aiming High” music video in Karjaa. And here you go, a set of making of pictures, all of em’ shot by Niklas Laurin.

The video will premiere in a near future, I don’t have an exact date yet but I know for sure that it’ll go down within’ a week or so. Keep a lookout by following em’ on Facebook..

The video was shot with the RED Scarlet using Zeiss lenses, and some small bits and pieces on the Black Magic Design camera. Hopefully you’ll like the result as soon as all the cuts and chops have been put down and finalized.

As of next week the Eva Lingon team will be shooting for adrenaline, this one is for Santa Cruz (Spinefarm/Universal) to their second single from their upcoming debut album.

We have some pretty cool stuff lined up for this one! During one hella long day we’ll be catching frames in Karjaa on the RED Scarlet machine. The video is to be released by the end of April, so keep them fingers hittin’ refresh.

And now for something completely different. I finished my very first marathon a few days ago – in Rome, Italy. It only took me some nine months of training, to be topped off with a race lasting for 42195 meters.

Lovely. Look at that face, I did it!

I crossed the finish line after 4h 51min 10sec of running, felt quite weird alright. Anywho, maybe I should start training for the next one now – this can’t be the last, that’s for sure..

And yes, by the way, Rome was a lovely city. I felt like a mix of that Assassins’s Creed dude Ezio Auditore and Maximus all the time. A very Hans Zimmer-y town.
