Finally, the music video business is on the move again over at Tage Industries.

Today I went to a meeting with K.O, the drummer of Walkalone. They are a Helsinki-based rock act fronted by the very talented singer Jussi. I have acctually shot some live frames of these guys about a year back or so, and now we are finally in business again. Our sit-down was about new promo shots for the band, and a music video!

Our meeting was all about great news and new projects. Immediately after our meeting I called Ramedus and Andy Maplefield with the news that we are shooting another video sometime during the upcoming spring time. I can’t reveal that much about the video for the moment, since the discussions were not that deep yet, but it’s very clear that we will be making our fifth video for Walkalone to an unknown song. (The forth is currently in process for a band called Coredust). Please do check out the web site of Walkalone.

And as I said. Not only will we be doing a video. I will, as well, take some new promo shots for the band in a very near future, and we have some really wicked ideas on the board.. This time it’s gonna be a very different shoot and hopefully very cool shots that people will pay attention to.. Something with perfumes and cartoons. Lovely! Our meeting took place at Maxill’s, a small restaurant in Ullanlinna, also known as Andy McCoy’s regular place. There is also a rumor that Andy doesn’t have a phone, and if you wanna get in touch with him you can call the restaurant.. That’s the way I want it in the future.. haha! For you who don’t know Andy McCoy, he is probably Finland’s coolest rock star, the guitarist of Hanoi Rocks.

And even more news from today. My good friend Anders Lönnfeldt (Andy Maplefield) has a picture on display at the Shanghai Expo exhibition held at the yard between Lasipalatsi and Kampin ostoskeskus in the Helsinki City Center. I went to glance at his shot today and I really enjoyed it. So I gave Mr.Maplefield a call, I asked if I could get his autograph as a pdf-file to my mail. He said “månne int de ska ordna sig” (sure). And he promised to paint it in photoshop with some siisti brush.. And here you go, the signature of Andy Maplefield as a pdf with a siisti brush.
