So yes..?
I thought I’d give you a small review on the Rammstein gig held during the past Monday in Helsinki, Hartwall Areena. Although I did not bring my camera nor did I take any “kännykkä-shots” I can always give you my opinion on the gig since they will return to Finland this summer for the Provinssi Rock Festival in Seinäjoki together with Wolfmother and other beauties. Maybe this bloggery insert perhaps gives you some insight, and then you will know that you have to go see Rammstein in Seinäjoki.
First off, during the two hour German industrial metal show on Monday evening I saw the most testosterone filled two hours of my life. Everything about the show was manly as hell. Not only the music, fires and the awesome firecrackers, but everything about the show.. Every song was like a small musical, everything was filled with German war-balls. I mean, the guys blew up plastic babies, what’s up with that, who comes up with these ideas? Muscle maybe. Although I don’t speak German I can somewhat understand what they are on about, and it is not flowers and kittens. But hey, Rammstein is to be taken with a tad of irony and humor. They are really great at what they do.
And of course, Till Lindemann, the fronter of the 6-man show is purely awesome. In his lederhosen he showed the Finns what it’s all about. And although he mostly stands still doing his ragingly angry headbang move he completely owns the arena. I mean, Bruce Dickinson of Iron Maiden, he runs through the whole show, and it’s no wonder he is a magnificent entertainer, but Lindemann, he just watches and rages. But he is still one of the best entertainers of our time, he has a very large “scen närvaro” (Swedish for Bluberries). It’s lovely to hear him scream “Die Kreatur muss sterben”.. haha! Awesome powerful dude.
The stage then, an enormous piece of work/art.. Everything is very precise and accurate, I mean, the guys are all about chainsaws, industrial fans and simple riffs.. And it all works out on the glorious looking stage, and of course, everything has to burn all the time.. Fireworks, massive explosions and fire breathing band mates. So if you wanna get cool kicks and an everlasting metal memory, go see Rammstein, I know it’s expensive, but it truly is worth it. And hopefully I’ll someday get to see them again with my camera, the shots would have been awesome.
Feuer Frei!
( sadly enough, they didn’t not give us “Amerika”, one of their ultimate hits )
Feel free to check out their latest video, the led lights in his mouth are cool as hell, and he actually had the same arrangements in his mouth during the intro song in Helsinki. Awesome band, awesome songs… And yes, the stage in the video is the same stage the use on this tour..

I seriously think that there’s something disturbingly wrong with these guys. I mean…c’mon, BABIES?! It’s not their first time doing this..or their last. But they are mostly counting on a spectacular show that’ll blow your mind, and hey, they get it! I like most of Rammstein’s music, it’s really risky and sometimes a little over the top, but overall, they’re good! I’ll watch them live also…at the Sonisphere festival in BG. I hope the show’s great!
Ich hoffe, dass Rammstein wird auch weiterhin geben uns sehr viel Spaß mal!

Oh, you get to see them at Sonisphere, cool. The show is magnificent.. You should definitely studdy the latest record “LIFAD”, the played at least 8 of those tracks in Helsinki..
I’ll probably also visit the Sonisphere in Finland, no Rammstein though.. We get bands like Iron Maiden, Mötley Crue, Slayer and Anthrax.. So it will most likely be a show worth the money.. And unfortunately I’m on a train so the internet won’t allow me to translate your German sentence.. I don’t have a clue of the meaning with your sayings..

I want to come to the Finnish Sonisphere, also…but I don’t know how I’m going to be with the schedule in the beginning. I really want to see Iron Maiden and Mötley Crue (again), Slayer and Anthrax will play here anyways. I wonder why the bands are different…
And the German sentence part actually reminded me of those times when you translated Bulgarian into…Swedish, with Google? Or was it English? Hahaha, it was fun!
But this sentence says: I hope that Rammstein will continue to give us a lot of fun times!

Lumi: du måst hjälpa mitt ovetande jag, vad är MT? Men i varje fall så har du nåt spektakulärt att se fram emot..!
Stef: haha! Gotta love Google..
The finnish version of sonisphere is held in Pori, a city at the west coast, about 250kms from helsinki.. You can always google it.. And I bet Iron Maiden is gonna be great, I’ve seen them 6 times before, and they have always delivered!
